西日暮里教室日曜の応用クラス生徒さん作品。応用クラスでは工筆画も学びます。色を重ねて描く描き方は、水墨画とは全く違うアプローチの技法です。

Sunday Advanced Class at the Nippori Studio. In the Advanced Class, students also learn gongbi painting. This layered coloring technique is a completely different approach from traditional sumi-e.

国際墨画会水曜英語対応クラス生徒さん作品。椿を描きました。紅の花びら一枚を、一筆でグラデーションを使いながら描いていきます。筆遣いに慣れるまで時間がかかりますが、皆さん美しい椿が描けました🌺
Wednesday English Class, International Sumi-e Association
Today we painted camellias. 🌺 Each crimson petal was created in a single brushstroke with a delicate gradient. Though mastering the brush takes practice, everyone painted truly beautiful camellias!

This time, the theme was camellias. Despite the heat, everyone stayed focused, and they created beautiful red and white camellias. 👏👏👏
